1. Used Kikusui 55 Station “Gemini” Double Sided Rotary Tablet Press. Serial #: 1-2605. Unit was originally manufactured in 1986. This is a high speed rotary tablet press which takes IPT-B tooling. Machine features Stainless Steel exterior, special cast-iron die table, automatic lubrication system, interior cover for die table, upper punch penetration adjustment. Comes standard with 8 tons pre-compression and 8 tons maximum main compression, maximum tablet diameter: 16mm, tablet thickness: 0 - 5mm, die table speed: 10-100 rpm. Overall dimensions: 48” x 42” x 74” High. Unit was last used in a large pharmaceutical facility and is available for immediate delivery. |
