1. Used Klockner InlineThermoforming Blister Packaging Machine, Model CP8. Serial #: 897/001. Unit was originally manufactured in 1983 and comes with a Stainless Steel product hopper, and is designed for manual feeding of product. Equipped with a PolyPhem 1030 Laetus Blister Fill Control System.. By use of a camera, system can detect the presence of product, breakage, shape deformation, over/under size and position error., Hapamatic Model 203 Printer, variable heat controls, control panel and emergency stop. Can do up to 250 packages/blisters per minute, or 60 cycles per minute, depending on blister size. Range: 175mm wide x 167mm long by 12-25mm deep. Unit was last used in a medical packaging facility and is available for immediate delivery. |
